We are looking for a Shift Lead who has exceptional customer service skills, works well with a team, and is comfortable in a fast paced work environment.
Sand Spa responsibilities include greeting customers upon their arrival, booking clients over phone and in person, knowledgable in all services we provide and products we sell, and being an energetic ambassador for our growing brand. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace, even during peak demand.
You must be able to complete a daily checklist, keep up with customer demand and communicate all necessary information to your colleagues and management.
This is not an entry level position because you will be leading an entire shift on your own, with management assistance when necessary. You will work closely with our service providers and help lead all your co-workers to have successful shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
