We have new opportunity for a Brand Manager, Bodega Trivento. Not only will this role immerse you into marketing wines from Argentina, it is available on a fully remote basis from anywhere in the continental U.S.! Anticipated travel is approximately 30-40%, both domestic and international.

Rooted in the energy of Argentina's passion for wine, Trivento―meaning “three winds”―is synonymous with expressive, terroir-driven Malbec that paints a vivid portrait of Mendoza's high-altitude vineyards in the foothills of the Andes Mountains.
Trivento holds the distinction of being the #1 Argentinian wine in global sales and the fastest growing Argentinian wine in the U.S. in terms of volume and value, as well as a leading innovator. In 2019, Trivento introduced the world to the first White Malbec which has seen early success in the U.S. upon introduction in 2023.
This role will be responsible for leading the premium Reserves and ultra-premium Golden Reserve tiers of Bodega Trivento USA as well as identifying new opportunities for trademark growth through innovation.
The Role
The Brand Manager role provides a significant opportunity for leadership and ownership. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying growth opportunities for Trivento to deliver annual business targets and should demonstrate proven experience managing multiple projects in partnership with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
Reporting to and collaborating with the VP Marketing, Import Brands, responsibilities will focus on the strategic planning and tactical execution of local market (USA) initiatives to keep the Viña Concha y Toro USA’s (VCT-USA) Trivento portfolio of wines current with target consumers and top of mind for distributors.

Internal: VP Marketing, Argentina-based Brand Owners, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Design
External: Designated agencies and wholesaler partners
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Own and deliver the annual operating plans. Lead the development of the brand’s strategy for the market, aligned with the global brand strategy; Partner with internal and external stakeholders including agencies to develop and deliver breakthrough consumer initiatives and customer programs.
- Brand Execution: Own the adaptation of global assets for market implementation; Supervise any Trade Marketing and agency programs ensuring compliance with legal and brand standards; Provide hands-on oversight of local market Sales implementation for all initiatives outlined in annual brand plans; Manage public relations, event activities, and launches for assigned brands; Execute consumer and trade events including logistics management
- Business Analysis and Insights: Leverage market data sources to assess and understand brand and competitive performance. Diagnose and make strategic decisions to plan for growth; Analyze and interpret monthly shipment and depletion data to provide direction on strengthening and improving brand performance; Continuously monitor, analyze, and report consumer, competitive, category, customer, and channel activities to uncover insights that lead to actionable opportunities for the business.
- Financial Management and Analysis: Manage delivery of the brand P&L. Work with Analytics and Finance teams to measure and analyze sales impact, wholesaler execution and the profitability/ROI of all marketing expenditures.
- Innovation: Develop a continuous short and long-term innovation pipeline in coordination with Argentina; Oversee the development of innovation projects within the new product development process; Manage concept to commercialization for all approved projects
- Presentation/Communication: Maintain consistent and concise communication with internal stakeholders as it relates to ongoing projects and programs; Develop communications for global brand teams and upper management pertaining to marketing updates, budget recaps, and program evaluations; Develop presentations for key internal and external meetings
- Stewardship: Be an ongoing ambassador for the company and its brands, and consistently support company values
Must Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field with five plus years’ experience in marketing and/or brand management of consumer products, or equivalent education/experience combination
- Proven project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects at a time with mastery of details and a high level of precision
- History of managing successful Consumer and Shopper Marketing campaigns: e-commerce, digital, social, POS, out of home, influencers, demos and retail media
- Strong research and analytical skills within CPG – Circana (IRI), shipment and depletion data, etc.
- Financial Acumen - Ability to analyze and manage a profit and loss statement; Budget management skills and proficiency
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong executive presence, presenting compelling selling stories throughout all levels of the organization
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of personnel, as well as external contacts, vendors and contractors
- Professional judgment and discretion
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Valid Driver’s License; ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time with the U.S. and internationally
Preferred Requirements
- Alcohol industry experience or certifications (ex: WSET), a plus.
- Open to candidates with classic CPG background outside of wine
- Bilingual English and Spanish will set you apart
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis, carry up to 40 lbs. & push and pull up to 20 lbs. on an occasional basis; ability to sit and work at a desk for long periods of time; requires ability to walk and stand; reach outward and upward, climb, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend; requires hand and finger dexterity for keyboarding and working at computer for extended periods of time. Additional physical requirements required as related to domestic/international travel via air and ground transportation.
Location
This role may be performed remotely from anywhere in the continental United States. Proximity to a major airport required. Overnight travel is approximately 30-40%.

Compensation
Compensation for this role includes a base salary target of $115,000 to $128,000 and an annual incentive target that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual rates will vary and are based on a candidate’s relevant education, qualifications, experience, skillset, competencies, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.
