As a Front of House Team Member, you can count on ME to:
- Arrive punctually for shifts, fully prepared and energized to contribute to the Team's success!
- Meet customers where they are at – interact with them in a friendly and positive manner, ensuring they feel valued and well-cared-for during their visit

As a Front of House Team Member, I Succeed Each Day By:
- Greeting customers upon walking into the Shop and guiding newcomers to the correct areas for Online Pick-Up, In-Person Ordering, Catering Pick-Ups, and Delivery Orders
- Efficiently and accurately processing transactions, providing customers with a smooth and pleasant checkout experience at the Register
- Mastering the art of bagel slicing, packaging, and presentation to consistently deliver high-quality products to our customers at the Just Bagels station
- Facilitating the smooth flow of orders from the kitchen to customers, ensuring orders are accurate, well-timed, and presented with care at the Expo station
- Cleaning and organizing the Dining and Entryway areas to uphold a positive and welcoming environment
- Addressing customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from Team Members or Leaders as needed
- Willingly engaging in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on new menu items, promotions, and policies
- Reading all Team communications consistently and promptly, including but not limited to: GroupMe notifications, Weekly Newsletters, Monthly Newsletters, Daily Task Sheets
- Independently and efficiently executing opening and closing duties, including cleaning, register setup, organization, and preparation for the next day's operations
- Independently completing assigned side work tasks, ensuring the restocking of supplies, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean workspace for seamless front-of-house operations
- Expertly brewing coffee, crafting house made drinks and preparing syrups to Brandwein’s standards of quality and presentation
Compensation
- $16 - $18 per Hour (Base + Tips)

Required Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have open availability including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and some evenings
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience in a restaurant setting
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Can stand for long periods of time during shift
