Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years in the service industry - preferred
Associates degree – preferred
Highschool diploma or Equivalent- required
Job Responsibilities
- Generate sales by developing partnerships with customers, following up on leads and creating new leads with guidance & support.
- Direct the quote and order experience for the customer in a way that feels easy, timely and welcoming.
- Understand the customer’s needs (and read in between the lines at times)
- Employ negotiation techniques to balance customer needs and internal capabilities
- Gather and organize information and share with the quoting department for accurate pricing
- Use technical knowledge, critical thinking, and attention to detail when entering quote and order information into a modern software system
- Answer calls, emails and the door in a friendly, enthusiastic and helpful manner.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth interdepartmental processes.

Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care, negotiation, and influence
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, basic knowledge of Excel
- Comfortable with learning new computer software and electronic records
