Through a partnership with the Georgia Department of Human Services, we are seeking high-performing contractors to join our team to support our Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) delivered services efforts that include: Behavior Aide (BA), Family/Children counseling, Family/ Children assessments, Transportation/ Escorting, Child Supervision, and Drug Screening. These services will be provided in the following Georgia counties: Region 1-Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Gilmer, Gordon, Murray, Pickens, Walker; Region 2- Dawson, Lumpkin, Rabun, Towns, Union; Region 3- Douglas, Floyd, Haralson, Paulding; Region 4- Carroll, Fayette, Heard, Henry, Lamar, Pike; Region 5- Barrow, Elbert, Greene, Rockdale.
The Client Services Manager (CSM) supervises, guides and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate HCES contractors; supervises a delivered services team that provides investigative and comprehensive case management for child/adult abuse or neglect; directs professional contractors in the delivery of services; sets team goals and regulates workloads in accordance with HCES’s goals and policies; and ensures that immediate and follow-up actions for at-risk clients occur in a timely manner.
Client Service Manager is required to:

Supervises and plans the work of assigned contractors.

Accesses and records client and community resource information.

Collects evidence, interviews witnesses and prepares necessary reports according to HCES’s rules and regulations, and state and federal laws

Compiles records and prepares reports; performs follow-up to determine the status of client's case.

Conducts home-visit evaluations for information gathering to be used in assessments as needed.

Coordinates and monitors children in out-of-home placements and in-home interventions as needed

Coordinates and monitors services, including comprehensive tracking of contractor and client activities.

Develops case plans that effectively utilize community resources to meet the needs of individual custodial client.

Identifies placement resources for children within the foster care system under the teams caseload.

Maintains required documentation and completes reports prior to submission.

Respond to consumer, referral, and peer needs in a timely fashion

Answer telephone calls and emails promptly

Makes immediate assessments regarding safety of clients and responds according to established protocols and policies.

Performs final analysis of notes, assessments, and reports to be submitted for billing.

Reviews, approves/disapproves or renders decisions on casework being performed by contractors.

Works in collaboration with contractors to ensure safety and achieve desired outcomes.
Job Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor's degree behavioral science including social science, psychology, sociology, child development, family studies, criminal justice, education, public health, public administration, nursing and/or, social work from an accredited college or university AND a minimum of two (2) years of case management experience.
Must be proficiency with MS Office Suite and excellent Computer Skills
Professional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Must have experience in Behavioral and Crisis intervention Skills
Three years of experience in Behavioral Health Assessment, Diagnosis, creating treatment plans are Preferred
Ability to work effectively at multiple levels of the organization and with multiple teams.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of consumer information
Must be ablet to Follow the mandated reporting requirements of GA Code
Must be able to demonstrate support and maintain an environment of emotional and physical safety for consumers, staff and other stakeholders at all times
Must be able to maintain required licenses and certifications
Must be able to adhere and respond to program policies
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to necessary region of service if needed
