*Roles & Re
nsibilities *
· Develop
ontent for social media to promote all business goals and programs
· Post to social media channels, including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest LinkedIn etc. and their associated communities as agreed with Management
· Distribute digital publications on social media and all related websites, including writing
· Provide digital communications support for all Renoxx and sister companies
· Analyze metrics to evaluate the success of digital campaigns and content and advise Management accordingly
· Identify communication tools for increasing the engagement of members, partners, and key audiences
· Measure the effectiveness of executed programs and reporting on program performance
· Develop and execute of all aspects of a go-to-market strategy, including industry leading creative and media strategies to support Renoxx marketing programs
· Design marketing programs and campaigns for identified target audience/markets and manage tactical implementation and execution
· Leverage product/service positioning to develop marketing strategies and messaging that articulate the value propositions and differentiate our products from competitors and alternative solutions
· Drive advertising planning and media buying strategy across all paid channels including social media (paid/organic), display advertising, out-of-home, etc.
· Manage and execute on paid social media advertising and Google advertising strategies
· Measure campaign performance to report on the effectiveness of global and product marketing programs with a focus on continuous improvement year-over year
· Build highly functional relationships with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure clear communications and effective project delivery
*Required Skills & Abilities*
· Experience producing content for social media, including brand management on multiple channels and analytics/insights
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong grammar and editing abilities
· Ability to adhere to deadlines and develop strategic plans and calendars to accomplish desired objectives
· Passion for digital communications and willingness to stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in the field
· Proactive, self-starter able to work independently but also coordinate efforts with a team Duties and Responsibilities
· Understanding of the technical aspects of website design and management, such as HTML, SEO, and 508 Compliance
· Experience and familiarity with social media management software such as Hootsuite etc.
· Experience and familiarity with graphic editing software such as Adobe Photoshop in order to create digital content for use on social media and the web
· Marketing and/or communications experience, such as public relations, print production, and advertising
*Required Qualifications *
· 5+ years related experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising
· 3+ years’ experience creating and executing successful direct marketing campaigns
· Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working with cross-functional teams as well as on-ground agencies for whom English may not be the first language
· Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills; resourceful with high attention to detail
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Project, Excel, Word)
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in marketing or business-related field
*Physical Requirements:*
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the Renoxx and sister companies facilities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
