JOB TITLE: HVAC Installation Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Residential Service
HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM
DESCRIPTION: The HVAC Installation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all Residential HVAC installations, including but not limited to, ordering materials/equipment, assigning technicians to installations, and completing all required paperwork. This position will work directly with our Install Manager and Sales Manager in the daily and strategic scheduling of residential HVAC Installations, while handing all customer concerns.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for scheduling HVAC installations, with internal and external clients
- Coordinate efforts for team to meet/exceed targeted daily/weekly/monthly/yearly revenue goals
- Excellent with administrative tasks (all aspects of permit process, Service Titan, internal processes)
- Assigning appropriately skilled installation technicians to the correct installations
- Communicate all information related to new equipment installations between, Sales and Operations Teams
- Complete all required paperwork (warranties, rebates, internal record keeping) at close of the job
- Understand and complete purchase orders and receipts processes
- Order all equipment and materials related to Installations
- Schedule sold installations with install coordinator
- Responsible for all customer financing process and portal
- Perform all other duties assigned to this role
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or a 2-year degree in Sales, or another related field preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to complete tasks with others efficiently
- Organized personality
- Ability to understand and recognize processes
- Service Titan experience highly desirable, but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn and grow
