Job Summary:
OrthoSpine Advance Health Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff.
Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Bilingual English /Spanish
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Verifying faxes, filing and printing charth tickets .
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with medical staff for patient scheduling and updates.
-Other tasks/duties may be assigned.
-Skills:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in front desk operations.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on patient care.
- Familiarity with file management systems and organization techniques.
- Proficiency in phone systems to handle calls professionally.
- Experience with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
