This position will focus on supporting our operations department with a specific emphasis on managing our ERP system, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of operational data.
Job Summary:
The Operation’s Coordinator - ERP System Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations with a primary focus on managing and maintaining our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our ERP system, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including entering production orders, inventory transactions, and other operational data into the ERP system.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of operational data within the ERP system by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.

Collaborate with other departments, such as production, inventory control, and purchasing, to ensure timely and accurate data entry and system updates.

Provide training and support to operations team members on the use of the ERP system and data entry procedures.

Generate reports and analyze data within the ERP system to support operational decision-making and process improvements.

Assist in maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to ERP system usage and data entry processes.

Support the operations team with additional administrative tasks and projects, as needed.

Open and close jobs in accordance with company procedures.

Monitor job statuses and ensure timely completion.

Assign products to be consumed in accordance with job requirements.

Maintain accurate records of product allocation and usage.

Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure sufficient stock availability.

Investigate any errors or discrepancies in customer orders.

Communicate effectively with the sales and customer service teams to resolve issues promptly.

Document investigation findings and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Accurately enter and update information into the ERP system.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across all entries.

Generate reports as needed to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.

2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on data entry and ERP system management.

Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and other relevant business software applications.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
