Our Federal Security Contracts Manager will manage US Federal government and some state government security guard contract, including operational over watch, pricing, transition support for new contracts, and customer support. S/he will build excellent processes and infrastructure to support medium and large US Federal security contracts, addressing compliance risks, and codifying best practices.
This role includes but is not limited to:
* Oversee our Federal security contracts to ensure contract compliance, profitability (including managing overtime) and customer satisfaction
* Serve as the primary advisor on Federal contract compliance and communicate requirements to the appropriate parties
* Recruit, interview, and retain security guard force
* Oversee a management team, consisting of administrative, training, and supervisory team
* Maintain contract document management system and help identify and develop process and system improvements
* Interface with government contracting officials on all matters of the contract lifecycle
* Attend client kick-off meetings, project-team handoffs, and other client-facing and BCG-internal meetings and events
* Support subcontracts matters including flow down of prime-contract clauses
* Manage periodic reporting requirements
* Flag and escalate risks and manage process to comply with company policies

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
* Strong knowledge of armed physical security operations
* Subject matter expertise on US Federal acquisition rules (preferred but not necessary)
* 5 years PNL management and oversight.
* Bachelor's degree, advanced degree (preferred but not necessary)
* U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
* 7+ yrs. experience (cohort & title aligned with experience and background)

Pay: $97,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
