We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Wireless Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to customers and driving sales in the fast-paced wireless retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable wireless products and services
- Demonstrate product features and educate customers on the benefits of various wireless devices
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot device issues
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends in the wireless industry
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in electronics, technical sales, or retail environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer base
- Knowledge of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Experience in upselling products and services
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and store displays
