OAKBERRY AÇAÍ BOWL was created to satisfy an unmet demand in the food market: healthy fast-food. Not everyone has time to eat in a way that’s both healthy and energetic. Our mission is to deliver a tasty, natural and nutritious experience, fast. We want to change the way fast-food is perceived. Time and good health are important factors for our quality of life. This is the reason for our existence. OAKBERRY’s açaí is 100% natural. Our recipe contains no food coloring, artificial preservatives or guarana syrup. OAKBERRY’s production process seeks to preserve as much as possible all the benefits of the açaí berry.

We are looking for enthusiastic Store Attendants to be the face of our company, promoting OAKBERRY Açaí, and its products. If you enjoy interacting with customers and are detail-oriented, we would like to meet you. To be a successful Store Attendant, you will need to learn how to make an OAKBERRY Açaí bowls & smoothies (training provided). You should have excellent people skills, with the ability to advertise our products and answer client queries. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our company’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu choices.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries about açaí products, ingredients, and dietary information.
- Ensure a positive and friendly customer experience.
Food Preparation:
- Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Handle and portion açaí, fruits, toppings, and other ingredients.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed during preparation.
Cleaning and Sanitizing:
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including the front counter, dining area, and kitchen/preparation areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment regularly.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation surfaces and equipment.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Report inventory levels to the manager to ensure adequate stock.
Teamwork:
-Collaborate with co-workers to ensure smooth store operations.
- Support the store manager with various tasks.
Adherence to Health and Safety Regulations:
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
Promotions and Upselling:
- Suggest add-ons or upsell items to enhance the customer's experience.
