Office manager duties would include:
-Taking Calls and setting appointments for quotes and consultations
-Writing quotes based off of field notes
-Invoicing clients after work is completed
-Communicating with clients before and after jobs are completed
-Assist with scheduling day-to-day operations
-Keeping office organized and clean
Skills and Experience preferred:
-At least two years of office or customer service experience
-Proficient with a computer and how to work office applications (word, excel, etc)
- Experience with QuickBooks desktop
The candidate would train to familiarize themselves with operations and vocabulary used in the industry. Resume and at least one professional reference needed.
The position is very communication based. Needs to be able to communicate well and retain information to pass between, client, owner, and crews. Being able to write and read quickly is very important to be able to perform communications in a timely manner. Technical writing is also a big part of the position. The candidate would train with current manager to familiarize themselves with operations and vocabulary used in the industry. Hourly rate would start around $20 (based on experience)
