Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing and Events Coordinator at Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. You will have the opportunity to create compelling content that highlights our firm's expertise, showcases client success stories, and educates the community about personal injury law.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the firm's marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and informative content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, tailored to each social media platform.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and relevant conversations, and participate in discussions where appropriate.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including attorneys and marketing staff, to gather content ideas and insights.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Stay informed about developments in social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and plan events and attend as representation for the firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a law firm or legal services environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and gather insights.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of legal ethics and compliance considerations related to social media marketing.
- Passion for advocating for justice and helping clients navigate the legal system.
