Operations Supervisor
The supervisor is responsible for maintaining Guest Services. He/she is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall opening, daily, and closing operations of the attraction and reports to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
Principle Responsibilities:

Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, exhibiting knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.

Ability to organize, discipline, and schedule staff to promote an efficient and positive workplace.

Must be willing to perform and oversee custodial duties within building and on property.

Must be able to troubleshoot and communicate with the service tech and other vendors to repair and resolve exhibits, building, or IT issues.

Communicate and maintain safety standards with entire staff.

Maintain all show standards, display presentation, maintenance, safety, signing standards, and cleanliness.

Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

Assist in the management of tasks including cash management (safe, cashouts deposits, etc....).

Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, special events, and night-time closing
