Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team. The Process Technician will be responsible for monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Process Engineering team on programs and special projects as needed.
- Receive and work on Process Engineering JIRA tickets involving IT & Manufacturing support.
- Work with Manufacturing and Process Engineering to determine and recommend tools and equipment needs.
Perform troubleshooting, repair, preventative and general maintenance on production tools and equipment.
- Create shop floor control system production templates.
- Build and install tools and equipmenr to support factory requirements
- Document equipment and tool issues, maintenace records, tool logs, asset recording and tracking.
- Issue and control Asset Tags.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in process technology or related field
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
