We are looking for an aggressive, hard-working leader who has an appetite for challenges and can handle multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate for this position is a strong, self-directed leader who is flexible to work within our current system and can excel in leading a team of superintendents and project coordinators to complete multiple projects with confidence and professionalism.
Job tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Adhere to contract documents
- Prepare and maintain budget from project start to completion
- Utility submittals-approvals/disconnects
- Finalizing subcontractor contracts/bid awarding/buyout organization
- Maintaining subcontractor base
- Assist superintendents with scheduling
- Invoice organization/mail disbursement
- Pre-construction coordination
- City Submittals / process /Demo permits
- Building Permits, dust control permits
- Bidding – Plan disbursement / tracking / receiving logging bids
- HOA design review submittals / approvals
- Act as an advocate for the client to get the best quality work for the lowest cost
