Investment Service Associate

Position Summary:
The Investment Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-profile wealth management firms and their customers. The successful candidate will coordinate, support, and execute operational activities across various channels and must demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with advisors, custodians, and various vendors
- Support advisors by providing accurate, timely, and efficient responses to inquiries and requests through our back office workflow system
- Coordinate workflows with multiple service teams to ensure seamless flow of processes
- Account service including coordination of account paperwork, money movement, fund transfers as well as general service tasks for firm advisors
- Monitor account notifications with custodian and work to find solutions to issues
- Helping to ensure regulatory compliance by executing the firm’s compliance program
- Manage assigned projects to completion while coordinating firm resources where required
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
- Capacity to respond appropriately to clients and escalate issues to management as necessary
- Ability to apply problem-solving skills to complete tasks
- Must work well in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Prior experience supporting financial service, legal, or consulting teams
- Strong working knowledge of a variety of computer systems

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
