We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Buena Park, Ca. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
*This is a 2nd shift TEMPORARY position (July-December).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations, including running reports, answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Collect timesheets, prepare reports, start payroll process.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
· Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
