JOB SUMMARY
THE OFFICE ASSISTANT IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL BRANCH OFFICE, INCLUDING CLIENT/EMPLOYEE OVERSIGHT & COORDINATION
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- PROCESSING APPLICATIONS, SCHEDULING, PROCESSING OF BILLING & PAYROLL, MAILING OF CORRESPONDENCE, ETC.)
- ACCEPTS, INQUIRES, & COMPLETES APPLICATIONS OF PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES (ORIENTATION OF NEW STAFF)
- MONITOR EMPLOYEES TIME VIA TIMESHEETS & ELECTRONIC VISIT VERIFICATION SYSTEM
- ACCEPTS INQURIES FROM PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS
- INSURANCE CLAIMS

EDUCATION
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
