We are hiring full/part time entry level and experienced behavioral therapists to build a career in a school setting. Your day-to-day consists of helping students with behavior plans, implementing behavior interventions, de-escalating tantrums, and basic instructional support. We are all looking for hard-working and compassionate individuals from diverse backgrounds to assist our kiddos in school settings. We staff all levels K-12 and higher education! We are currently seeking to staff for our 24-25 academic school year, beginning in August 2024. With that said, we also have limited availability for our Summer 2024 Extended School Year Program for those who apply first! The typical schedule would be 6-7 hours/day, 5 days a week M-F. This position will involve working in close proximity to teachers and providing behavioral support to students when applicable.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Implement behavior treatment programs as designed by the Behavior Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Take data on student performance to monitor behavior or skilled based progress
- Assist students in achieving academic success
- Personal care
- Collaborate with special education/general education teachers, administrators and Behavior Analysts
- Perform related duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- the ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting
- Reliable Transportation and Communication
Preferred Skills
- Previous ABA experience
- Professional experience working with kids in a classroom or 1:1 setting
- Associates Degree preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certified - will provide assistance in acquiring CPR and First Aid certification
