Mann Eye Institute is seeking a professional surgical counselor with a proven track record of excellence for our North Austin location. The Surgical Sales Counselor conducts consultations with prospective patients who have expressed an interest in LASIK and Cataract surgery procedures.
The Surgical Sales Counselor will be responsible for promoting company services through patient consultation, education, and outreach and for meeting monthly revenue goals through inside and outbound sales/marketing activities. The counselor works closely with our doctors by performing preliminary consultations to educate patients on surgery procedures.
The chosen candidate will not only thrive in a fast-paced, motivated environment but will also demonstrate an unwavering dedication to patient satisfaction. Must possess strong listening skills, excellent follow-up techniques, and a proven sales track record, in addition to the ability to articulate technical and medical information clearly to non-medical patient.
General responsibilities include:
· Ability to connect with our patients and build strong relationships
· Conducts effective and informative patient consultations to educate patients and set realistic expectations regarding surgery outcomes
· Oversees booking of surgery/procedures, pre-op appointments, post-op appointments, and follow-ups
· Ensure consistent delivery of an excellent patient experience
· Ability to exceed predetermined sales goals to maximize revenue
· Interacts regularly with patients to ensure patient satisfaction; excelled follow-up techniques, responds quickly and appropriately to any concerns

**$23.00 per hour plus bonus structure**
