Toddler Teacher

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelors Degree
- Previous experience teaching children in an Early Childhood program
- First Aid & CPR a plus!

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the teacher, children and program
- Ability to work respectfully with persons from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds
- Ability to organize and reflect teaching goals and progress in documentation: lesson plans, assessments and evaluations
- Ability to engage children in developmentally appropriate ways ( also including addressing children at eye level, sitting with children on the floor, engaging children in play and conversation)
- Ability to attend to daily tasks as an educator
