We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-bikes and other outdoor activities such as hunting, biking, cycling, etc. and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. As a Sales Specialist, you will drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and contribute to our overall sales strategy for our hinting bike division. Experience with hunting bikes is a significant plus.
Main Responsibilities/Functions:
- Coordinate with domestic as well as international sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Handle incoming calls and internet leads with requests about company products
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further sales opportunities
- Schedule regular customer appointments and make product presentations via sales calls or video conferencing

- Oversee the fulfillment of sales orders
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers
- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
- Keep open lines of communication with customers through phone, e-mails, and personal visits
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track progress & complete paperwork about the procurement of sales
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on e-bikes
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
- Strong work ethic and discipline to finish tasks on time
- Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
- Good business sense and decision-making abilities
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with hunting bikes is a plus
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
There are prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer and on the phone with a headset. Traveling may be required.
