We are seeking a Field Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing high performing teams. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of service technicians, route completions and customer retention targets objections are met.
Team Expectations
- ≥ 80 safe drive score
- ≥ 96% arrival time dispatch
- ≥ 96% route completions
- ≥ 96% time on site score
- ≤ 5% Re-service rate
- ≥ 85 NPS score
Daily Management
- Check-in technicians to ensure they arrive to 1st service on-time.
- Work in the field daily to model the Service Flow you are teaching.
- Conduct field rides to evaluate technicians ability to perform an effective service.
- Teach technicians how to inspect, identify and treat challenging pests.
- Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours to prevent cancellations.
- Check-out technicians to ensure completions and review schedule.
Team Development
- Analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct quality audits to verify technicians are exceeding expectations.
- Conduct daily service reviews to provide direction, support and accountability.
- Lead productive weekly service training focused on knowledge and skill development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of pest control and supervisory service experience.
- Operations or sales management experience with a results-driven company.
- State’s Certified Applicator license or licensee.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check.
