What you’d be doing:
- This position reports directly to the Controller with a primary focus on daily, weekly and monthly accounting related duties.
- Primary tasks will be to perform Billing, Collections, Cash Receipts, Prequalification Docs for Customers. Also Accounts Payable and Subcontractor Payroll responsibilities.
- Strong computer skills are required, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Must be deadline driven and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task, work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must as well as analytical and have strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to work in the office Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM.

Requirements:
You’re probably a match if you have:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Construction Industry experience is a plus.
- Advanced Computer Skills including Excel, Word and Outlook required.
- View Point Spectrum Experience or similar ERP software experience needed.

Work Location and Hours:

Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Must work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
