Total Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is a multi-office provider of musculoskeletal care. We are searching for a full time Director of Sales and Marketing experienced in the medical field for our Syosset Office. This individual should be friendly and out going and shares the same drive we do for patient satisfaction.

Summary: Builds awareness by developing and executing on marketing and sales strategies to meet the organizations’ needs and maximize profits. Candidate should have a combination of hands-on marketing and people management skills, as they will need to develop, create and implement successful campaigns. This individual will positively raise brand awareness and generate quality leads and sales. Medical background is required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify new prospects and drive business development coordinated with clinical and operational components.
· Support and develop marketing/PR strategy and collateral.
· Focus on the development and growth of the business through building relationships in the industry.
· Identify industry trends and incorporate new ideas into marketing strategy.
· Define and/or update the key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to marketing efforts, tracking success towards those goals, referral programs and provide accurate stakeholder updates.
· Collaborate with company leadership and product team in the development of brand messaging to strengthen brand and support company goals
· Develop and oversee content strategy (either creating or delegating it)— including social media, newsletters, blogs, webinars, videos, and case studies and increasing traffic to digital content (views, subscribers, and downloads)
· Concept and execute integrated marketing campaigns (a combination of content, advertising, email, social media, etc.) between internal departments in the company and/or partnerships with other businesses.
· Responsible for key marketing and communications objectives aimed at maximizing new business opportunities.
· Leverage existing accounts opportunities in core markets. Develop and execute planning.
· Develop & maintain direct contact with Clinical and Office leadership for both existing and prospect accounts.
· Develop & maintain direct contact with industry Organizations, Associations & 3rd Party Vendors to engage in mutual partnership initiatives/opportunities.
· Currently manages a team of one marketer to ensure all campaign and employee development activities are on track.
· Manage and develop Total Body Solutions, pitch and present risk management strategies to organizations, oversee, motivate and manage athletic trainers for on-site work.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by Senior Management.
