Sun Collectors specializes in solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and agricultural applications. We are dedicated to educating those interested in the benefits, savings, and power of renewable energy. Our mission is to make the process of going solar easy and informative, empowering our customers to educate others about the incredible potential of solar energy.
We are seeking a highly organized professional who has experience with administrative duties in the day to day operations of an office.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- General administrative support
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinate and schedule jobs, meetings, and conference calls
- Make Deposits and payments and track and monitor expenses for the department
- Provide support to the field team and other staff members as required
- Maintain records both in physical files and electronic resources
- Assist with special projects
- Prepare daily reports, documentation and other clerical support for the sales team. Creates documents, spreadsheets and/or proposals
- Help manage facility conditions by conducting regular office audits, cleaning and ordering office supplies as needed
- May greet or assist clients and/or vendors
- Schedules appointments using CRM software
- Help organize department events, i.e. working lunches
Desired Candidate Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively establish positive professional working relationships with customers and employees.
- Proficient in the use of Google Office Suite
- Professional verbal and written communication skills including questioning and listening skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy; effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently with little supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills including effective prioritization skills.
- Ability to use discretion and handle sensitive confidential information.
- Positive, professional attitude, with the ability to diffuse negative situations.
- Professionalism –patience, poise, and tact
Education and Experience:
- While a degree is preferred, we value experience and passion above all else.
- Prefer at least 2 years experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
