**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a creative and experienced Business Development manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outreach, design and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to control all aspects of the business. Helping owner with all aspects of the job.
**Duties:**
-Generate new projects by cold calling and marketing.
- Help with Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop detailed plans to generate clients.
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within budget
-marketing experience is a plus.
-Grow clientele knowledge is a must.
**Experience:**
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for client management
- Ability to engage in strategic planning for project execution and business development
- Experience in project management to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
