Client services rep needed for busy, well established veterinary office providing family-owned services with a caring staff in our community.
Hours :
M/W/F 8-5PM
The right candidate for this position will be able to:
Greet clients and assist with admitting patients, showing compassion and caring towards clients and patients.
Answer phones/email professionally and pleasantly, communicate messages between clients & staff
Be able to become familiar with general animal health protocols and client education.
Be comfortable with computer use/keyboarding, electronic records, e-mail, and be able to multi-task in an often busy office.
Operate computers, process invoices and billing, conduct sales, settle daily accounts.
Cross-training is expected, assisting periodically with patient handling may be needed.
The right candidate should be comfortable around a variety of animal species as we see many different species.
Excellent communication skills, efficiency, and ability to work with the general public is expected.
