A member of the Beloit Sky Carp Game Day Staff will assist with stadium operations in many ways during the baseball season. There are multiple available positions under the umbrella of "game day staff." Positions for hire may include:
- Food and beverage
- Ticketing
- Grounds crew
- Ushers/security/janitorial
- Video production
- On-field entertainment
- Camera operators
- Solve problems quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Provide clear and accurate direction/assistance to all guests
- Help de-escalate conflict and involve security when necessary
- Be dedicated to improving the fan experience
- Posses a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to be a team-player
- Ability to work weekends and evenings during all home games
- Ability to withstand the outdoor elements
- Be dependable and punctual
- Possess strong verbal communication skills
- Be friendly, outgoing, and personable
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
This is a seasonal, part-time position. Days and hours will vary to include evenings and weekends according to business needs.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The key physical requirements of this position include the ability to walk and stand for an extended period of time, lift up to 30 pounds, and the use of standard office equipment including computers.
