Overview:
An ACQUISITION MANAGER is responsible for calling homeowners/warm leads provided by the company who are considering selling their property. The ACQUSITION MANAGER will qualify the Seller with the overall goal of purchasing the Seller’s property.
Pay is $2K base/month + 10% of closed sales volume. Typical earner will make $125K-$175K in the role. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in this role. No previous work experience required. All we require is a good attitude and excellent work ethic. Role is Monday-Friday and available after hours (remember this is real estate).
Role:
1. Contact homeowners to initiate conversations about potential purchasing of properties
2. Qualify the homeowner using company script by gaining relevant information about the property/homeowner.
3. Analyze market trends and property values to determine appropriate offers.
4. Maintain a database of potential properties for acquisition using the companies CRM
5. Negotiate with homeowners to secure favorable purchase terms.
6. Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
7. Evaluate property condition and potential for renovation or development.
Daily Responsibility:
- 150-200 dials in the Customer Relationship Manager
- 3 to 4 hours of talk time
- 15-20 Offers Made on properties
