SOLAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:
Represent Empower Solar Group by educating residential homeowners on $0 out of pocket solar programs.
Learn and internalize our proven sales process to ensure success within your first week of onboarding if selected for the opportunity.
Learn to consistently generate and qualify new customers through direct to home sales.
Provide an exceptional customer experience by managing sales pipeline proactively, and generating new leads/appointments
Target or exceed weekly individual and team sales goals
Attend weekly sales trainings to master the art of sales, leadership, and business development skills
COMPENSATION:
CONTROL YOUR INCOME AND WORTH THROUGH COMMISSION BASED PAY + EARN SALES INCENTIVES FOR YOUR PERFORMANCE
First year average target earnings: $108,000-$125,000
Higher-performing and experienced reps target earnings:$125,000-$300,000+

QUALIFICATIONS
Sales, People oriented skills, or communication, experience preferred but not required.
Must be passionate about self improvement, and must be self motivated
Must have a positive mindset, and posses a strong work ethic (Hunters Mentality)
Must have a strong desire to continuously develop and achieve new goals
Must be resilient, able to deal with rejection
Must be coachable, and solution oriented
Must be able to communicate professionally & have strong interpersonal skills
Work well independently and within a team environment (team player)
Must have reliable transportation and smart devices
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
This is a door to door sales/ sales consulting position.
