Company Summary:
Front Range Stone, a Division of Patrick Industries, serves the entire state and is one of Colorado’s largest and most established custom countertop and commercial surface fabricators offering a breadth of countertop products including Granite, Quartz, Solid Surface, and Laminate.
Essential Functions:

Basic knowledge of countertop materials, process, overall project timeline.

Basic understanding of documents associated with project such as Area Forms, CAD drawings, EPA forms, documents from store.

Basic understanding of box store purchase order; being able to read and extract details associated with countertop projects.

Call new customers for order status, order confirmation of countertop details, job site information and customer contact information.

Schedule appointments, route to prospective/correct runs and assign to appropriate time frames.

Follow up with completed projects to ensure successful installation, be able to note and request photos if there is an installation issue.

Basic understanding of internal communications with box stores and how to utilize internal communications.

Manage email/voicemail workload daily.

Any other tasks assigned by Manager
Experience:
1+ Years customer Service Experience required
Knowledge in a scheduling database and/or construction environment preferred
Skills & Abilities:
High attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Must excel in delivering and exceeding the customer experience.
Ability to multitask with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Must be able to handle high volume workload
Ability to think strategically and tactically in scheduling customer deliveries and installations.
Physical Requirements:
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 85% sitting, 10% walking, and 5% standing.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
