Job Summary: This position assists with the receiving, organizing, reconciling, and shipping of owned and/or consigned inventory in a warehouse setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute all warehouse operations and functional processes per the direction of the Warehouse Manager and/or Supervisor
- Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments; inspect equipment and materials upon receipt
- Accurately and efficiently pull and distribute materials and various stock items to fulfill requests and work orders
- Utilize the inventory management system for the daily tracking of inventory
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
- Complete the proper documentation for all transactions
- Assist with weekly material requisitions and usage reporting
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Assist with the safeguarding of warehouse operations and contents as per the established security guidelines
- Assist with the management of the market’s fleet, including but not limited to vehicle assignments, routine maintenance, repairs, vehicle registration, and inspection compliance
- Participate in the physical inventory count process on a quarterly basis
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
Education: High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
Experience:
- Less than one-year warehouse experience
- Forklift certification preferred
Technical Skills:
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to utilize an inventory management system
Soft Skills:
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
- Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and frequently lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work in various settings with moderate to loud noise levels
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces

We use your identifiers, sensitive identifiers, and your professional or employment information to review your background and skills, determine your qualifications for the role you are applying for, and to confirm information related to your education. For equal employment and affirmative action purposes, you also have the option to provide us with your protected classifications (gender, veteran status, and disability status) and sensitive protected classifications (race, ethnicity). We use this protected classification information for government reporting purposes, to comply with legal requirements, to analyze requested disability accommodations as applicable, and to keep a record of things like accommodations we provided to address your needs.
Participate in an in-person interview: If you participate in an on-site interview with QualTek, you may be required to register by signing a visitor log at any of our locations. Sites with video cameras may capture video recordings of you through our CCTV footage. We also collect video recordings of you automatically via CCTV systems on our premises. We use this information to ensure the security of QualTek personnel and property.
Information from references: QualTek may conduct reference checks as part of our hiring process to gather insights relevant to your application. Upon request, we will obtain from your references your professional or employment information (confirmation of details on your resume/CV, certifications, qualifications, employment history, educational history) and inferences drawn from your references, such as their thoughts on your behavior, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. We use this personal information to assess your suitability for the position for which you have applied.
If you do not become an employee of QualTek, we retain the information you provide to us for a period of four years. If you do not become an employee, we delete the information you provided to us in your profile unless we are required by law to maintain it, in which case we retain only what is legally required and only for as long as we are legally required to maintain it. Within QualTek: We share applicant personal information among our hiring decision-makers (i.e. human resources department, senior management, and hiring managers) to assess applications and make hiring decisions. Access to applicant personal information is limited to those on a need to know basis.
For legal purposes: We share applicant personal information with third parties, such as legal advisors, law enforcement agencies, or governmental/regulatory bodies in order to protect our legal interests and other rights, protect against fraud or other illegal activities, for risk management purposes, and to comply with legal obligations.
During a corporate reorganization: In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, we would share applicant personal information. We will also share applicant personal information if we undergo bankruptcy or liquidation, in the course of such proceedings.

III. YOUR RIGHTS
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
The California Privacy Rights Act, (“CPRA”) entitles California residents to certain rights. To the extent the CPRA applies to our processing of your personal information, you are entitled to the following rights:
Right to Access/Know: You have the right to request what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold about you. You may only submit a request for access twice within a twelve-month period.
Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that we collect or maintain, subject to certain exceptions. For example, if we are required by law to retain the information that you are asking be deleted, we would not be able to delete the information until we are legally permitted to delete it.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information to third parties. QualTek does not have actual knowledge that it sells or shares personal information of minors under the age of sixteen (16) years. We currently only sell or share personal information under CPRA via cookies. Our use of third-party cookies may be deemed a sale or sharing under the CCPA/CPRA.
Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment if and when you exercise your rights to access, delete, opt-out, correct, or limit the use of sensitive personal information under the CPRA.
Right to Correct: You have the right to correct inaccurate personal information that we collect or maintain.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: You have the right to limit the use of how we use your sensitive personal information. Sensitive information includes social security number, driver’s license number, biometric information, precise geolocation, and racial and ethnic origin. However, QualTek does not process sensitive personal information in a manner which gives rise to this right.

If we are not able to verify your identity for access and deletion requests with the information provided, we may ask you for additional pieces of information. Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information. If you are an authorized agent making a request on behalf of another individual, you must provide us with signed documentation that you are authorized to act on behalf of that individual. IV. DO NOT TRACK
We will not place cookies or collect information via cookies when your browser is set to Do Not Track (“DNT”). V. INFORMATION SECURITY
We implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect the personal information we collect and maintain from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. These security measures include utilization of the HRIS system and internal electronic folder and data drives that maintain a formal information security program containing administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the privacy and security of information. However, no security measure or modality of data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the personal information we have collected from you.
VI. PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN
QualTek’s Career Website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18), we will delete the personal information. If you believe we have personal information on individuals under the age of eighteen (18), please contact the QualTek Human Resources Department (484) 804-4500.
VII. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
This Privacy Notice is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of QualTek. Revisions to this Privacy Notice will indicate the date the changes go into effect. If we make any changes that materially affect your privacy rights, we will announce those changes by prominent post on the application website and obtain your consent, if required.
