Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Assist with tasks including filing, document preparation and sourcing
- Coordinate projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and priorities
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Support brand management duties as needed
- Utilize GoogleSuite for document creation, editing, and collaboration
- Maintain an organized system for files, payments and documents
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Calendar
- Familiarity with phone systems and equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in project coordination and event planning is a plus
