This individual is responsible for the smooth and effective onboarding of our clients. He/she reports directly to the Operations Manager, takes direction from, and assists the VP of Clinical Programs. Organizational, exceptional customer service, and communication skills are essential for this position. This individual excels at working in a multidisciplinary team environment and supports the vision of the company.

● Answer telephones or make calls and interface with clients to gather insurance
information
● Use sales tactics to convert intakes into clients
● Interact with the billing department for insurance verification
● Interact with different insurance providers to request authorizations for clients based on
information on client verification forms.
● Maintain due dates chart to ensure timely submission for re-authorization when needed
● Completing quality control checks each week to ensure due dates and visit limits are
accurate.
● Support clinical staff with entering billable codes for therapy and evaluation
appointments.
● Schedules and/or assigns evaluation appointments
● Supports team members as needed
● Enter client information into scheduling software.
● Oversee maintenance of office equipment by engaging in the daily upkeep of the waiting
room, interface with janitorial services; and inform the Manager of problems.
● Enter and protect Patient Health Information (PHI).
● Perform other duties, as assigned.
Job Description
E. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience REQUIRED
Minimum Education/Experience: Minimum of Associate's Degree
At least 2 years’ experience in office setting; excellent written and oral communication;
experience with personnel management; experience with multitasking serving clients both face-to-face and in client phone calls, in-person and phone clients; experience scheduling in a medical setting with an electronic scheduling system. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Drive.
Spanish Speaking is a plus!
