The Identity and Access Management Engineer position offers an exciting opportunity provide services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on Fort Huachuca. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting secure access systems for the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), and Deployed Forces (DF) portion of the Department of Defense Information Network.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to employ IdAM.
- Support efficient and effective IdAM service management processes by providing accurate configuration information.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of configurations required to control the services by maintaining accurate and complete configuration management records.
- Participate in Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WG) in support of NETCOM network solutions.
- Coordinate, review, and maintain system documentation guidance on the use of IdAM capabilities to all levels of administrators.
- Provide support to operational organizations supporting RFCs and IAVA compliance.
- Identify, control, record, report, audit, and verify services and other configuration items (CIs), including versions, baselines, constituent components, their attributes, and relationships.
- Design, build, test new, and optimize IdAM hardware systems, computer components, and peripherals
- Update existing IdAM systems to ensure compatibility with the latest software iterations
- Employ soft skills such as creative problem-solving and effective oral/written communication

Qualifications:
- US Citizen
- Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- IAT Level III Certification (CompTIA CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, equivalent or higher).
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or ten (5+) years of relevant experience in the information technology field.
- Experience with IdAM procedures, policies, technologies, and services.
- Communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS) experience.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- Knowledgeable in Army Network Enterprise Center operations.
- Computing Environment Certification
- Familiar with scripting (PowerShell)
- Microsoft Office suite
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- DOD Security Clearance is required (Secret-Level minimum).
- A DOD Interim Security Clearance (Secret-Level minimum) is accepted until full DOD Security Clearance has been granted.
