Description:
Overview: As a time and labor specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of workforce timekeeping, attendance tracking, and related payroll functions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of employee time data to support payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Timekeeping Management:Utilize timekeeping systems to accurately record and track employee work hours, including regular hours, overtime, and time off.Audit timekeeping records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to timekeeping records promptly and effectively.Partner with Operations and Accounts Receivable teams internally, and customer partners externally to ensure complete and accurate records by providing regular, timely communication and deliverables.
Payroll Coordination:Collaborate with Payroll Specialist to ensure that time and attendance data are accurately processed for payroll purposes.Assist in resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies related to time and attendance.
Policy Compliance:Ensure company policies and procedures regarding time and attendance are consistently applied and followed.
Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on employee attendance, hours worked, overtime, and related metrics for management review.Analyze time and attendance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in workforce management. Requirements:
