Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate employee records and data collection for reporting purposes
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts
Skills:
- Strong data collection and analysis skills to inform HR decision-making
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Insperity or Paychex
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interactions
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
