Receptionist/Admin Assistant
National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership through excellent customer service and administrative support.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday hours available/negotiable as overtime.
Compensation: $18 - $20 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our store and services; Operate a multi-line phone system and efficiently direct all calls.

Schedule appointments and manage administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork.

Maintain invoice entry processes and support vendors and departments involved.

Prepare documents for invoicing and credit card reconciliation.

Assist customers with check in/out, and general inquiries.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and uniforms.

Serve as a backup notary; provide notary services.

Foster positive relationships with customers and departments across the organization.

Support Office Admin and other departments; assist with special projects as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with basic accounting tasks preferred.

Possess a positive, proactive attitude and strong critical thinking skills.

Collaborate effectively in a team and adapt to change.
Working Conditions:

Standard 40-hour workweek in a temperature-controlled office setting.

Light physical activity such as walking and standing required.

May require nights, weekends, and holidays if the organization operates extended hours.
