Job Summary:
Assume responsibility for the international logistics operations team and daily execution of the strategy, delivery and execution in the international logistics systems and applications. This role provides leadership and superuser support for international logistics processes and systems for internally developed applications and websites, internally hosted third-party applications and externally hosted solutions such as E2Open, 4 Kites, P44. (International operations/ systems). This position will report to Director of International Logistics lead a team of approximately 4-6 people.

- Strong analytical skills for efficient data extraction and comparison
- Ability to influence change effectively across internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written
- Strong presentation skills
- The ability to function as a leader, an individual contributor, and in team environments with the ability to shift priorities as required by the logistics organization and its customers
- Demonstrated skills in resolving business challenges
- Strong experience with Lean concepts, driver of continuous improvement and problem-solving
Compensation:
Salary: $95,000- $125,000 base salary. Total compensation will include an incentive.
