PROGRAM SUMMARY: The PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment) works to maximize the client's positive interaction with the environment and to promote and maintain client behavior that contributes to integrated functioning and successful community living. This is done through individual and group treatment modalities. PACT is an evidence-based treatment modality providing therapeutic interventions to adults with significant mental health barriers in a community setting.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse's goal is to maximize client's positive interactions with the environment and to promote and maintain client behavior that contributes to integrated functioning and successful community living.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a state accredited school or college of nursing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification in mental health nursing
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
- Current NJ Registered Nurse License
- BLS/CPR Certification
