RE/MAX of Michigan is seeking a Director of Franchise Sales to add to our corporate team!
RE/MAX of Michigan is the franchisor of over 80 RE/MAX offices across the State of Michigan. We take great pride in the fact that nobody sells more real estate in Michigan than RE/MAX. The role of Director of Franchise Sales will be responsible for the overall growth of franchise sales. The position seeks out top quality real estate professionals who may own other brokerages or are top producing sales associates or team leaders who aspire to own their own real estate brokerage.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Planning and executing RE/MAX franchise sales across the State of Michigan
· Identifying, cultivating, managing and tracking new franchise opportunities
· Meeting or exceeding all sales goals
· Setting appointments, making sales calls, and achieving conversions
· Making cold-calls and sets and keeps in person appointments
· Regularly traveling across the state of Michigan and to national industry events
· Utilizing data to research target markets and prospects while obtaining a complete understanding of the dynamics of the market
· Building and promoting relationships and making sound business determinations on all prospects
· Sourcing and screening all franchisee applicants to ensure they meet financial and ownership criteria
· Becoming an expert on the RE/MAX brand, system, and daily operations
Required qualifications:
· 3-5 years franchise sales experience preferred
· General franchise and sales knowledge and experience
· Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field
· Ability to travel regularly
· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products and contact management software
· Successful sales experience working closely with small business owners
· Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Self-motivated and results driven
This is a full-time salaried position with the opportunity for commissions, bonuses, and benefits.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
