Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives
- Manage HR systems and databases (Paylocity)
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Assist with workforce management activities such as scheduling and leave management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address HR-related inquiries or issues
- Assist in HR sourcing activities to attract top talent
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with Paylocity preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with contract management is a plus
- Knowledge of human capital management principles is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
