Job Summary
- Responsible for assisting department personnel, sorting mail, filing documents, answer phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling meetings and managing inventory in the department warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in writing, via e-mail or in person.
- Assist in the development and implementation of an effective administrative system.
- Conducts and manage inventory and inventory levels in the department warehouse and maintains daily records.
- Assist in the preparation of material requisitions for production and contractor personnel. • Maintains all files for the department.
- Prioritize assignments to ensure on time completion of tasks.
Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year experience in related field
Skills and Abilities Required
- Proficient in MS Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
