Role: High Ticket Closer
We are seeking exceptional closers capable of achieving remarkable results in high ticket sales. The Program Advisor role will present and sell programs to entrepreneurial accounting firms, offering roadmaps to accelerate growth. They sell a program to new outbound and/or inbound prospects. This individual will be charged with both inbound and outbound pipeline management of new prospects. An essential component of the customer experience, the Program Advisor understands the importance of professionalism, enhancing brand awareness and reputation, and building meaningful rapport. They are driven by a commitment to assist our clients in reaching unprecedented levels of success. Recognizing that the sales process is a carefully orchestrated journey aimed at advancing decision-making, they ensure that it culminates in prospects eagerly seeking to make a purchase.
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Engage with clients in a consultative manner to understand their goals and challenges
- Educate prospects and present our high-ticket offerings as tailored solutions that address their specific challenges
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via the proprietary relationship manager tool throughout the day
- Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
- Leverage automation tools and outbound efforts to follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time
- Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM, escalating to the Support team as needed
- Educate prospects on our products from an expert perspective
- Participate in regularly scheduled call reviews and coaching sessions
- Available most days from 9 am-5 pm local time to take calls
- Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry
- Be mindful of any emerging patterns of feedback from clients and report to Sales Leadership
- Collaborate with Client Progress partners to ensure smooth transitions from the decision stage to fulfillment, and escalate as deemed necessary
Results
- All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on client details so the operations team has proper expectations by EOD
- Performance metrics are exceeded as set by the Director of Sales, including but not limited to monthly revenue targets, closing ratio, and call conversions
- All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with as dictated by outbound strategy
- Responsive and communicative with Sales Leadership
- Ongoing and ad hoc participation in coaching and training initiatives set forth by Sales Management
- All protocols for internal communication cycles are diligently adhered to
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of sales experience working remotely on High Ticket offers and short sales cycles
- Effective and professional communication style, upholding executive presence
- Two (2+) years experience with B2B2C or B2C sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Must possess compelling presentation skills
- Excellent at building rapport
- Coachable and open to learning new processes in sales
- Driven by routine, with a core belief that with consistency comes excellence
- Open to growing rapidly
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Leadership
LOCATION: Remote
Salary: $90-$125k OTE
