Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services, experience in hotel management, and excellent communication skills. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests efficiently, providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Manage reservations via phone and online platforms
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls effectively
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or hotel front desk roles is preferred
- Proficiency in bilingual communication is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality management and front desk operations
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
