What the Account Representative does:
- Collect information from customers directly and qualify them for services that meet their individual needs
- Explain services accurately, follow up with customers to ensure you are meeting their needs, and collect all documentation needed to close sales and upsell services
- Provide guidance and recommendations to customers as questions or concerns arise
- Accurately input, update, and review customer account information in our system is accurate
- Empathize with customers’ concerns and find satisfactory resolutions to any complaints that may arise
- Attend daily meetings alongside fellow Account Representatives to sharpen customer service skills and ensure a thorough understanding of sales targets
What we are looking for in an Account Representative:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a relevant customer-facing role
- Enthusiastic and passionate about sales, with a genuine interest in building a successful career in sales and contributing to the growth of the company
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
