Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Spa Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for aesthetics and a strong background in sales, combined with excellent communication skills. This role involves educating clients on our services, recommending personalized treatment plans, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and aesthetic goals. Educate clients on our range of services, including non-invasive treatments, skincare regimens, and wellness programs.
- Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement with clients, follow-ups, and closing sales. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance client retention.
- Treatment Recommendations: Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on client assessments. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure recommended treatments are appropriate and safe for clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at promotional events, open houses, and other marketing activities. Engage with potential clients to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales transactions, and treatment plans. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and follow-up schedules.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and technologies in the medical spa industry. Attend training sessions and workshops as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical spa, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Attributes: Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Certification: Certification in aesthetic treatments or sales training is a plus.
